All engraved items are only returnable if faulty.
If your engraved JustFlask is faulty, you must inform us within 3 months of its purchase and provide a description of the fault. We will then send you a replacement JustFlask at no cost to you. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Standard Flasks (Non Engraved)
We’re so confident that you’ll be delighted with your JustFlask that you’ll have no need to return it.
However, In the unlikely event of you not being entirely satisfied with a standard JustFlask, you can return it within 14 days of purchase. We require you to return the standard JustFlask undamaged in its full original packaging. We will then refund you in full for the cost of the product.
Flasks Damaged In Transit
Sometimes items can be damaged in transit. If your JustFlask arrives damaged, you must inform us within 3 working days of receipt and supply a photo of the damage. A new JustFlask will be dispatched to you – along with a return SAE for you to return the damaged flask.
